1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3Registration & Account Management

This includes your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysia mobile number, a valid email address, and your actual date of birth. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 789wim will never ask for your password through any communication channel. 3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 789wim. Owning multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is a serious violation that may result in the freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of any available balances.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The 789wim platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with best efforts to ensure continuous availability and stability. However, we cannot guarantee the platform will be free from technical disruptions, maintenance downtime, or circumstances beyond our control. In such situations:

• 789wim is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• 789wim's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• 789wim is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game results, the 789wim server's decision is final and takes precedence over what is displayed on the client device.

10Account Termination & Restrictions

10.1 Termination by Member

You may close your 789wim account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or support email. Before closing, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Any funds remaining after account closure will be processed within 14 business days of the request being received and verified.

10.2 Termination by 789wim

789wim reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, attempts to hack the system, or use of the platform for illegal purposes. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the member's funds will be frozen while the investigation is ongoing and will be released or forfeited depending on the outcome.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who need a break from gambling can activate a temporary self-exclusion (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or a permanent one through their account settings or by contacting our support team. An active self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends for temporary options, and cannot be reversed at all for the permanent option.
